Engagement type: Strategic transformation, executive alignment workshop Client: ITQ Role: Transformation Consultant


The Context

ITQ is a global IT consultancy specialising in Hybrid Cloud, Cloud Native and Digital Workspaces. The business had identified Cloud Native services as its strategic growth area but lacked the internal alignment, shared language and frameworks needed to make that transition credibly across regions.


The Challenge

The company had never successfully aligned its EMEA business around a shared strategic direction. Leadership held different views on the target audience, value proposition and what Cloud Native meant for ITQ specifically. The transformation was at risk of stalling without executive buy-in and a clear framework to operate from.


What I Did

I defined the strategic and cultural frameworks needed to support the transition, developed the value proposition and target audience segmentation for Cloud Native offerings, and identified key business pillars and operational misalignments through workshops and gap analysis.

The centrepiece was a 3-day EMEA alignment workshop — the first time the business had brought its regional teams together around a shared strategic direction — which I designed and facilitated end to end. I secured executive and stakeholder buy-in for the transformation through structured reasoning and clear commercial framing.


The Outcome

For the first time, ITQ's EMEA business was aligned around a shared direction, language and strategy for Cloud Native. Leadership had the frameworks and buy-in needed to move into execution. The engagement delivered in weeks what the business had been unable to achieve internally.
